Operation & Maintenance has established a management and maintenance team to carry out O&M services for both repairs and maintenance of properties of various sizes. This includes services for hard stand facilities, grounds, utilities, and related infrastructure. We are providing a routine and preventative maintenance program for the water, sewage, and electrical systems. Furthermore, we are performing unscheduled repairs that are tasked by the help desk on electrical, mechanical, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing and other miscellaneous tasks.

O&M division is providing O&M services to Leadstay Free Zone as well as Al-Assad Airbase. Area at Leadstay Free Zone is about 100,000 square meters whereas it is approximately 26 square miles at Al-Assad Airbase.
